Community Events

Having a place where you feel welcome and part of a community is super important to our health and well-being.  It's deeply embedded in us to feel safe in numbers, it gives us a sense of belonging.  I know this feeling first-hand, I am lucky enough to have the best girl gang ever and having them has inspired me to be better, to continue to learn and grow and I honestly would not be who I am or where I am without them.

This is why I want to create these FREE events, ( I know times are tough for a lot of us financially - and that shouldn't get in the way of your health )

I want you to feel the same support and encouragement from having like-minded, kind people around you that I've been lucky enough to experience.

That being said, I am excited to introduce these events for us to get together and hang out.

May Hang out

Date: 19th of May

Time: 5pm - 6pm

Join me for an hour of self-practice at Bigbury Beach, setting intentions for the month ahead and reflecting over the month passed.  This will not be guided, no one will be teaching but this is a space where teachers and students will be flowing together, there will be good vibes, good tunes to inspire and the opportunity to make new friends and better know the people that you wiggle next to every week.  Please bring anything you would like to along with you, if your feeling brave - your swimmers!

June Hang out

Date: 9th of June

Time: 5pm - 6pm
