Kids Summer Schedule

Challenge your balance and coordination in this 45 minute, fun filled session. You can expect to be balancing on one leg, playing ball games, jumping between the boards and LOTS more fun. This is for anyone looking to tire out there little ones this holiday and have half an hour to themselves in the café with a good book!

108 Sun Salutations

Join me on the beach this month to challenge ourselves completing 108 sun salutations. This is to celebrate the full moon on this day, an opportunity for intention-setting as we tend to get lost in the busyness of summer, so here we reconnect back to the self. We will all gather around the fire, looking out at the ocean and move together coming into this meditation, flow like state. P.S. Bring your swimmers for after!

Dance Party

Kids Summer Schedule

Join Nadia for 45 minuets of busting moves. Nadia will gently lead the session teaching some classic dance moves for your little disco dudes to bust out on the dance floor. I’m talking night fever, the bump and funky chicken.

Yin & Massage

On Bigbury Beach

On this beautiful evening, Becky and her Mum (Julie) will guide you through some soul-nourishing yin yoga postures whilst listening to the sound of the ocean.  Envision being wrapped up in blankets, toes covered in sand, the roaring fire and every pose being accompanied by a massage, singing bowls and replenishing oils.

Please note that if the weather is not on our side – We will be at the studio.

Poo Power: The gut microbiome for kids

Join Dr Carrie to learn about the army of good bugs in your tummy keeping you healthy, and how to keep them fighting fit! We will share a story all about the power of the gut microbiome, and all the foods that keep them strong and happy, with some colouring activities and plenty of movement to keep your little ones engaged and having fun.

To all our beautiful members, we would like to invite you along to Bigbury Beach for an little to hang out. For those that would like to partake we will have a sea dip, a bit of home made cake from Becky and a chance to get to chat to those who you flow next to most nights. This is a completely free gathering for our members and if your family would like to join us they are more than welcome!
