Arm Balance & Inversion Workshop

This is number two workshop so we will be exploring some more challenging postures like grasshopper, firefly, chin stand and transitions in-between the arm balances, but please don’t worry there will be something for everyone and where ever you are on your journey of arm balancing, you’ll leave feeling stronger, more confident, and inspired.

Kids Yoga

£8 Teacher: Becky

This May holiday, we will be storytelling through our yoga postures and teaching kids tools to help self-regulate. Becky will be teaching the kids the sun salutations in a playful way, incorporating the mythology about how we came to have these postures and exploring breathing techniques that will leave the kiddos calm and ready for snacks and babychinos.

Pregnancy Workshop

£40 Teacher: Carrie/Becky

Nourish and Nurture

Join Becky and Carrie for 2 hours of pure nourishment, supporting mamas-to-be. Your session will begin with a guided yoga Nidra incorporating breathwork, visualisation and mantras to support you through pregnancy, labour and beyond. We know that every birth is different, and whatever your plan, we want you to feel calm and confident. We will then move onto a pregnancy flow and end our time together with a women’s circle to answer any questions that you might have, whilst enjoying snacks, drinks and plenty of time for you to connect with baby.

Yin & Massage

£30 Teacher: Becky/Julie

On Bigbury Beach

On this beautiful evening, Becky and her Mum (Julie) will guide you through some soul-nourishing yin yoga postures whilst listening to the sound of the ocean.  Envision being wrapped up in blankets, toes covered in sand, the roaring fire and every pose being accompanied by a massage, singing bowls and replenishing oils.

Please note that if the weather is not on our side – We will be at the studio.

Membership Classes

90 Minutes of Hot Yoga

£20 ~ Or Included in Membership Teacher: Wayne

In this once a month special, we will move through the complete 90 Minutes of traditional hot yoga.

Wayne will guide you thorough a set sequence of 26 postures with two breath work exercises in a heated room roughly, 38 degrees.   In Hot Yoga the poses are held for a longer length of time to challenge your balance and concentration.

Such a marvellous session this morning. Gently challenging and pushing individual limits in the a supportive and friendly way.
