90 Minutes of Hot Yoga

£20 ~ Or Included in Membership Teacher: Wayne

In this once a month special, we will move through the complete 90 Minutes of traditional hot yoga.

Wayne will guide you thorough a set sequence of 26 postures with two breath work exercises in a heated room roughly, 38 degrees.   In Hot Yoga the poses are held for a longer length of time to challenge your balance and concentration.

Balance Board Workshop

£30 Teacher: Jess/Becky

Join us for a unique two-hour Balance Board Fit Workshop, where we blend yoga, fitness, and balance training to improve strength, stability, and coordination. Using long balance boards, you’ll engage in dynamic movements that challenge your core, flexibility, and control, helping to enhance overall body awareness and functional movement.

Hormone Health Workshop

£40 Teacher: Becky/Carrie

Join Becky and Carrie for two hours of understanding the relationship between hormones and how they affect our body, mood, and skin. We will spend some time learning how we can notice the signs of imbalances and what we can do to balance them out, so that we can better look after ourselves on our cycle. This event is for every woman still on her cycle. (There will be more events coming soon for peri menopause, menopause, and post menopause.)

Flower Moon Circle

£25 Teacher: Alex
A gentle, nourishing practice of slowing down, softening and letting go guided by lunar and tidal rhythms.
Under the Flower Moon —a time of abundance, celebration and expansion— we gather to honour the vibrant life force of the season. This full moon illuminates our truth and invites us to step into visibility, reflecting on what’s blooming within us, celebrating how far we’ve come, and creating space for what’s ready to grow next.

Arm Balance and Inversion Workshop NO.2

£40 Teacher: Wayne/Becky

This is number two workshop so we will be exploring some more challenging postures like grasshopper, firefly, chin stand and transitions in-between the arm balances, but please don’t worry there will be something for everyone and where ever you are on your journey of arm balancing, you’ll leave feeling stronger, more confident, and inspired.

Such a marvellous session this morning. Gently challenging and pushing individual limits in the a supportive and friendly way.
