Full Moon Ritual and Release

A gentle, nourishing practice of slowing down, softening and letting go, guided by lunar and tidal rhythms.  The full moon illuminates our truth, inviting us to reflect on what’s rising, honour what’s complete, and create space for what’s next.  This class weaves together breathwork, slow flow, yin, sound and journaling on our journey to rest and release.

This class is a safe and gentle space to spend some time with your thoughts. There will be some prompts to follow, or just come and write, clear your head, sit with yourself and take a bit of time to centre.

Hot Stones and Yoga Nidra

On this beautiful evening, Becky and her Mum (Julie) will guide you through a soul-nourishing yoga Nidra meditation.  Envision being wrapped up in blankets, surrounded by candles and hot stones laid upon your body to warm you from within, while listening to singing bowls, hand pans and breathing in replenishing oils

Join Becky and Abbie for two hours of self-love, the best gift you can give yourself this Valentine’s. This event is filled with Fitness Pilates, Yin Yoga, Cocoa drinks, reflections, mocktails, snacks and face masks. Think girls slumber party but you get to go back to the comfort of your own bed at the end.

Couples Valentines Workshop

Fancy something a little different this Valentine’s Day? Paul and Cait are hosting a couples workshop filled with; Partner yoga, Somatic connection practices, Meditation + nervous system regulation, Laughter, play, and quality time. No yoga experience needed — just a sense of FUN, willingness to slow down, tune in and connect. Couples or friends welcome – just bring an open heart.

90 Minutes of Hot Yoga

£20 ~ Or Included in Membership Teacher: Wayne

In this once a month special, we will move through the complete 90 Minutes of traditional hot yoga.

Wayne will guide you thorough a set sequence of 26 postures with two breath work exercises in a heated room roughly, 38 degrees.   In Hot Yoga the poses are held for a longer length of time to challenge your balance and concentration.

Yin & Massage Evening

£30 Teacher: Becky/Julie

For this event, Becky and her Mum (Julie) will guide you through some soul-nourishing yin yoga postures.  Envision being wrapped up in blankets, surrounded by candles and every pose being accompanied by a massage, hand pan drums and replenishing oils. Julie is a fully qualified masseuse and will leave your body sinking deeper into the postures after her hands-on massage.

Hormone Health Workshop

£40 Teacher: Becky/Carrie

Join Becky and Carrie for two hours of understanding the relationship between hormones and how they affect our body, mood, and skin. We will spend some time learning how we can notice the signs of imbalances and what we can do to balance them out, so that we can better look after ourselves on our cycle. This event is for every woman still on her cycle. (There will be more events coming soon for peri menopause, menopause, and post menopause.)
